Capacity planning questions can only be answered by you, but hosts here can match your req with either off the shelf or custom offering.
15TB/mo is 6MB/s or 45mbps assuming flat distribution. If your system behaves like most systems, BW should be double that flat average during peak then taper to almost nothing at say 2-4 am. That gives 90mbps peak. Easy-peasy, most hosts should be able to do that.
edit: distribution above assumes local/regional serving. global serving should be closer to flat.
