A few hours ago I opened a high priority ticket with one of “my” providers – for a DirectAdmin access issue on a service; not only the ticket hasn’t been answered, but I haven’t received the open-ticket notification email ((nor the notification email for a cancellation of a different service on that host)).

Should I be worried and start looking for a new host, or is it too soon for that? I’m tending toward the first….but I’m pessimistic and prone to anxiety, so I may be exaggerating.
