The privateemail namecheap problem

I use namecheap services and more specifically their privateemail with smtp and today i ran into a problem showing the real ip address of the server and they try hard to convince me that the problem is with my server, when i’m sure it’s not true because I haven’t had any problems before.

We have been using their services for years.

I want to ask someone to test this and send a test email to gmail or somewhere else and tell me through the headers if it just sees the server ip because it is now visible for us, whereas before there was no problem at all.
