Succession Planning
I have been hosting for over twenty years, and my customers have twiddled down to a handful: about 10. In the past, I’ve had succession agreements with others who could step in and absorb my customers upon my demise. I no longer have these agreements. What are some of the succession strategies you all have in place? Also, would anyone, with more than 5 verifiable years in business, be interested in a succession agreement with me?
