You bring up cPanel again despite being told earlier we can only offer you DirectAdmin with our managed services. We were transparent and mentioned cPanel is no longer competitively priced and DirectAdmin would be a better option with unlimited domains.
Additionally, you have now requested to eliminate the 4x site migration from the proposal altogether.

You opened a ticket claiming the server was allegedly to be deployed immediately. In the next sentence you contradict yourself by stating one of our agents told you it may take up to 48 hours.
Moreover, you mention that your existing dedicated server is about to expire with your previous provider. Nowhere did you mention this information to us. We would have been happy to expedite your order had we known you were unhappy with you your previous provider.
At this stage, it has been:
A) 35.65 hours since your first payment without agreeing with our staff regarding the OS, control panel, not managing.
B) 26.92 hours since we received full payment and all details.

We promptly responded inform you that the server will be ready in a few hours and asked for your patience.

We informed you that the server was already setup. The login details were already available in our control panel.
Moreover, we informed you that DirectAdmin was being configured. This is a manual process to set up the requested custom nameservers, domains, and additional details. SSH access was already provided, but we did not share the DirectAdmin login since it was still being customized to your specifications.
A) 40.57 hours from your first payment
B) 31.83 hours hours since we received full payment and all details.
We are unsure how you calculated 58 hours.
