Ppl will recommend the usual suspects like DirectAdmin or Plesk or one of the free panels, but I will shill for another panel that I’ve been using about 6 months and have greatly enjoyed so far.
Enhance.
First off, there’s no per-server cost, you only pay 15 cents per “account” (they stupidly named accounts as “website” which is confusing, but anyways they’re British so you know). That right off the bat saves a lot of $ from cpanel, as you don’t need to pay a big fee just to setup a server.
Next, they have cgroups setup so you can limit things like cpu/ram/iops/etc. That saves the cost of needing cloudlinux.
They have Apache, litespeed, OpenLitespeed, and nginx webserver available. It’s so easy to click which one you want. They have Redis available as well. MariaDB isnt supported yet, but it’s supposed to be coming in the next update in a couple days. I’m really liking MySQL 8 performance tho.
They have a email service built in too, and it uses round cube. I don’t use it because I have so many clients on a dedicated cpanel email node, I’d rather just keep my email node as is. I never integrated email with my hosting, always kept it separate. It’s there if you want to use it though.
Support has thus far been great. It’s only business hours support, but it’s really good hands-on. Not that I’ve used it much, I would feel bad asking for support on a service I’m only paying $5/mo for (the min charge).
It’s a really solid system though, lots of features and really clean interface. Development is strong and some really big features coming soon that I’m excited for.
Give it a look, could be a good one for ya. There’s a friendly and very active community forum for it too 🙂
