NVIDIA is planning a major expansion in Israel with the potential development of a multibillion-dollar technology campus. The company is currently exploring land acquisition opportunities in northern Israel, with the intent to build a site that could span between 80,000 and 180,000 square meters.
The preferred location is within proximity to its existing headquarters in Yokneam, and NVIDIA is specifically targeting parcels of land sized between 70 and 120 dunams.
To facilitate the search, real estate consultancy Colliers has been engaged to help identify suitable sites, focusing on the region between Zichron Yaakov and the Krayot.
A two-week submission deadline for proposals signals the urgency and strategic importance of the project by NVIDIA.
If successful, the new development could become the largest high-tech campus in the country within five to six years, complementing NVIDIA’s current operations in the Rubinstein Twin Towers in Tel Aviv and its Yokneam facilities.
