Key initiatives include co-developing sustainable and secure private AI platforms, integrating Mistral AI technology into NTT DATA’s customer experience solutions (including agentic AI for call centers in Europe and Asia Pacific), and collaborating on custom large language models for regional needs. The partnership also features joint go-to-market strategies across France, Luxembourg, Spain, Singapore, and Australia, supported by dedicated sales teams and a newly established Mistral AI Center of Excellence.

Early projects involve supporting Dennemeyer’s advanced IP management with tailored AI, and developing a sovereign platform for financial services in Luxembourg. Mistral AI will facilitate technical enablement and certification for NTT DATA staff to ensure rapid and effective deployment.
