My Atrocious Experience with Namecheap
Hosting with Namecheap was fine in the beginning. The problems started to arise when there was a spam attack on my site leading to hundreds of malicious comments being posted onto my blog. While trying to delete the comments and install some WordPress plugins to prevent an attack like this happening in the future my site suddenly went down. I immediately went to Namecheap to check and see what the problem was only to find out I was banned. After arguing with support for about 2 weeks they finally agreed to unban my account only to ban it again 4 HOURS LATER. The hosting itself was fine but the support is horrible.
