Sure, I’ve actually had multiple conversations with them in the past stating clearly that they may go fly a kite and not to bother us.
My disdain is simple, they run a RBL (MIPSpace) and will refuse to de-list any IP address without providing them the customers personal identifying information, including their name, and in some instances their address.
They also demand that all IP addresses, including /32 addresses contain rwhois or swip data publicly displaying this data.
Most legitimate places don’t use them simply for this ridiculous level of blocking on the RBL, and most companies refuse to even attempt to waste time delisting an address because of how they handle things and respond. In my mind they run a close second place to UCEProtect and their garbage.
