To be clear – is your issue with the quality of the support or purely the location of the one helping you? I don’t know that I’ve ever seen them promise their support is 100% US-Based but I can say that they are known for providing good support. If the support you’re receiving is not good – escalate the request or find a new provider.
To be honest I really hope your issue is a one-off case of poor support and not that you’re simply judging someone trying to help you based upon their name and/or location.
