Hostmantis became a scam: review as a new client

I got a good review about hostmantis in a blog and decided to order a reseller plan. I ordered Enterprise cPanel Reseller Entry Plan. The server resource limit is very good in this plan. It allowed 250% of CPU max limit. But unfortunately after ordering the provided me basic reseller plan which allow only 100% CPU usage. I opened support ticket and one week gone already but no result. They are unable to solve it. Even they don’t know whats wrong with this. The support team don’t have any idea about it. Totally no support from hostmantis. Seems like a scam now. Be careful about hostmantis. But as per the article once upon a day they provided good service. I contacted with the person who posted the article, he said he is an old user of hostmantis but now they can’t provide any support. They are unable to restore a full backup from a file that I keep in root of cPanel.
