Hosting multiple Rust servers on one dedicated machine with multiple IP’s

First I would like to say that I am NOT a server provider nor do I plan on starting a game server company!!! I am only setting up 2 game servers on a dedicated machine hosted by a company. I am running Windows 2019 Standard. I have ZERO experience with Linux which is why Windows. I currently have 2 servers running on the same IP with different ports but they are fairly laggy. I need to know how to set those servers up on 2 different IP’s and I do have 5 IPv4 IP’s.
