The company plans to recruit between 6,000 and 8,000 employees worldwide, contingent upon favorable market conditions. The hiring campaign tries to fill jobs at these centers.
In India, Hexaware will focus its recruitment efforts in Hyderabad, Noida, Coimbatore, Dehradun, and Bengaluru. The company also plans to conduct additional recruitment drives in cities such as Ahmedabad, Indore, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Kochi, and Thiruvananthapuram. Key roles in demand include ServiceNow Tech Leads, Automation Testing Specialists (API), AEM Architects, Big Data Leads, and Workday Financial Consultants. Specific city hires will target ITSM, HRSD, and ServiceNow professionals in Hyderabad and Noida, Azure Databricks, Python, and ADF experts in Coimbatore and Bengaluru, and AEM, Front-End, MSD, Java FSD, and .NET FSD specialists in Hyderabad.

In North America, Hexaware‘s recruitment will focus on hiring Cloud Application Architects (Azure), ESM Architects (ServiceNow), Java Full Stack Engineers, Test Analysts (SDET) with automation expertise, and Senior Java Full-stack Developers with AWS expertise. U.S. hiring locations include McLean (VA), Chicago (IL), Dallas (TX), Iselin (NJ), and Reston (VA).
In the United Kingdom, the company will seek Test Managers (Manual and Automation), AEM and DevOps (Azure) professionals, Service Desk personnel, and Full-Stack Developers (Java and .NET). In Poland, Hexaware aims to hire Full-stack Developers to strengthen its local capabilities.
