EasyDCIM Down?

We have been pinging these guys for around 36 hours and counting. We have not heard back from them at all, which is odd. Especially considering the size of the clients in their testimonials pages. I have not heard of any outage issues affecting Poland, which appears to be where this company is based from their LINKEDIN and contact pages. Is there is anyone else having similar issues???
