domain transfer
We had problems with an American based web hosting and they agreed to refund us in full. They closed the account with us. I search for a UK based web hosting and chose eUKhost and purchased web hosting.
I discovered that I needed to transfer our domain name to eUKhost. I got in touch with the American based web hosting and they said the domain name is no longer registered with them and informed me it is registered eNom LLC. I logged into WhoIs and saw that the Current Registrar is indeed eNom LLC and the domain is unlocked. In WhoIs I selected Domain Name Transfer but I am informed ‘once you have placed the Transfer request, you need to change the IPS-tag for this domain name to our Registrar tag. This is where I got stuck. How do I change the IPS-tag? I received an email from WhoIS who said ‘kindly change the IPS-tag for this domain name to PDR-IN. What do I need to do?
