Do you know if domainavenue.com is on?
Hi! I’ve had a domain with them since 2007. I hated it but it was so complicated to reach them to change company that I simply kept paying for renewal with them. Nonetheless, this year in august, I didn’t get a renewal payment request and my domain simply expired.
It’s absolutely impossible to contact domainavenue (and wyith) so I’m guessing they’ve stopped running it. The big problem is that it’s been two months that my domain name has been stuck (penalty period?) because I can’t buy it from nobody else either!
I know very little about web hosting, I really have no clue even what kind of person to contact for help. Can you please help me?
