Anyone using Stripe to control domain registration and cpanel accounts?

Right now I use WHMCS for web hosting billing. It does things like check domain name during checkout, set up cpanel, suspend non paying accounts, register/renew domains. I have a saas product and need to get away from whcms and would like to transition fully to stripe. The problem is that my saas product and my website design products are part of the same company and I can’t have two separate billing systems for different products. I’d like to switch everything over to stripe and manage all payments on our end. Has anyone achieved this? I’m wondering how difficult it is to create accounts, register domains, suspend users, etc all via API.
