cPanel forced. [ https://forums.cpanel.net/threads/un…update.701317/ for example ].
I haven’t been able to reproduce the issue you’re facing but I’m still waiting on more details in the support ticket such as the operating system and browser you’re using.
I have attempted to reproduce your issue on MacOS Ventura 13.2.1 with Safari, Chrome, FireFox, OperaGX, and Edge, on Windows 10 as well as Windows 11 with Chrome, FireFox, OperaGX, and Edge, as well as an iPhone and an iPad using Safari and Chrome – and I have not been able to reproduce the issue you are reporting.
It could be a browser extension or plugin or it could be your browser itself. Without more detail from you though – I can only guess. I can tell you that I’ve seen no other complaints like yours from any other users, I cannot find any other instances of this complaint running Google searches, and nobody else I’ve asked to try reproducing it has been able to do so.
Please, when you get a moment, update your outstanding ticket with more details about your environment including Operating System and Browser. If I can reproduce the issue with a vanilla browser I can absolutely file a bug report with cPanel to get it addressed.
The previous theme probably did not meet some Material Design person’s standards, but it made it easy enough for me to navigate through a GUI technical interface, which for some reason I thought was the point of cPanel. I had no idea we’d need to be fit to be on the cover of a design magazine to make a new email account.
Something is wrong causing you not to see the entire interface. What you are seeing is not normal.
That said – if you think Jupiter is bad – you should have seen Glass [it literally had no icons, it was awful]!
Using an uncommon browser can cause strange issues. Please update the ticket with more details [such as the version of Seamonkey you’re using] and I’ll see if I can reproduce the issue. Keeping in mind that if your browser is old and outdated and/or not being actively maintained I wouldn’t have much expectation that cPanel would address an edge case that affects that browser only [not my decision].
DirectAdmin is the most common alternative.
