I feel a sense of Deja Vu here. i asked pretty much the same thing a couple of years ago and here we are again. I guess it is just the nature of hosting.
Anyway, as my current host is hiking prices quite considerably from Jan 1st (20i.com) I am considering making a move. I don’t want to be going through this again but cost vs benefits with 20i is just not making sense anymore.
At the moment I have 76 accounts. Nearly all using WordPress with just a handful only having accounts for email.
The total storage used is 42GB.
Mail Usage takes up 192.62GB
MySQL usage is 3.0GB
Bandwidth is 7GB.
244.62GB all together.
I don’t want Cpanel. Direct Admin would be preferred.
I definitely need the following:
Daily email, database and site file backup.
Malware scanning.
Free SSL certificates.
Selectable PHP Versions.
phpMyadmin
Site Migration service. I can migrate sites myself but help is always handy 
I have looked at Webhostpython and they seem to fit the bill but I know very little about them. My concern there is that many of my customers are UK-based and if there are problems I need a fairly quick turnaround on support tickets. I had a bad experience before with Skynet. Initially, they were good and then customer service was farmed out to India. Hence it would sometimes take 8 hours plus before I would get a response.
Any other suggestions based on the above?
