Can anyone help!?
I was sick and lots of issues, was late on payment (they don’t provide autopay) and feb22nd i noticed email saying LAST REMINDER for invoice.
The email was from Feb21st, my server was working fine on feb22nd when I paid in full two invoices and was up to date on all payments.
I thought all was fine, many times before I paid same way, although this was first time i ever got a “LAST REMINDER” email.
Feb24th my server was still working fine since I used it…(could of worked on weekend also, but latest i know for sure is Feb24th was working fine) then today its ALL GONE!
I login to account at hetzner and I can see my paid invoices, but not my server anymore! If I ssh to same IP, I can not login, it must be some other installation not mine.
Other providers usually disconect network from server when payment is late, they don’t wipe server, is it possible that Hetzner keeps server working perfectly fine until they suddenly Delete/Wipe it? I’m shocked (and yes because I lack uptodate backups! 
i know..) but I been with them like 10YEARS with this server and had plenty late emails and i quickly paid all the time, ten years, thousands of dollars.
I sent email to support feeling as if i might have a heart attack, i felt really sick, but its been like over 4-5 hours but i heard nothing back. Is there a better email or some online CHAT support that’s faster other than the “info” and “support” email addresses? Anyone know a contact there who can help?
