End-to-end hybrid cloud and artificial intelligence solutions provider Rackspace Technology has released the Rackspace Cloud Management Platform, which incorporates next-generation enhancements to the Rackspace Managed Cloud (RMC) product line.
The platform gives users access to a single, strong architecture that makes use of the greatest AI-enabled solutions available, enabling businesses to manage contemporary hybrid and multicloud systems more effectively, expedite digital transformation, and streamline workload operations.
These improvements offer a flexible consumption-based approach with a much lower barrier to entry, while also giving customers full-stack observability, intelligent application optimization, and adherence to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Additionally, the platform incorporates DevOps and agile approaches, which can help hybrid cloud infrastructures become more resilient, scalable, and operationally efficient.
D K Sinha, President, Public Cloud at Rackspace Technology, stated, “These next-generation upgrades are a significant enhancement to our services portfolio that provide customers greater insight into their cloud environment, greater efficiency, and the freedom to innovate fearlessly.” “The Rackspace Cloud Management Platform can adjust to our customers’ needs with intent-driven automation and a flexible support model, managing hybrid environments effectively and effortlessly so they can concentrate on their strategic growth initiatives.”
Rackspace Managed Cloud, which was first introduced in October 2023, helps clients get more out of their investments by providing enterprise-grade SLAs and fully outsourced cloud operations. The use of cloud-native services is made possible by Rackspace’s adaptable model, which also boosts architectural maturity and operational efficiency to support corporate expansion. Clients have the option of using the new platform for operations, dashboards, and tracking, or they can use their own IT tools solutions.
Additionally, Rackspace Managed Cloud offers:
- Full stack expertise: Ensuring that every aspect of the cloud environment is proactively managed, allowing the business to scale seamlessly
- Service integration and management: Offering a structured approach to coordinating multiple service providers, with seamless and efficient IT service delivery, regardless of the cloud environment
